Long term Disability: Arwise provides long term disability plan to help eligible employees cope with an illness or injury that results in a long-term absence from employment. LTD is designed to ensure a continuing income for employee who is disabled and unable to work.

Workers Compensation: As required by state law Arwise participates in a comprehensive workers compensation plan. This program covers any injury or illness sustained in the course of employment.

Vacation Leave: Starting vacation leave is two weeks after 6 months of service.
